Yeah, you'll be a little cramped - but I used to know a guy who was about your size plus another 25 lbs or so and he raced his at the county fairs - he beat the livin sh*t out of it.... but he raced in none the less. Was pretty funny to watch actually.

Im 6'3 and about 205 pounds and I have rode buddies Blasters quite a bit with no probs and had plenty of fun. Granted a bigger bike is more comfy, but it shouldn't be a big issue IMO. What's your situation, like money, age, and experience?

If you can't afford a bigger bike then don't sweat it, go for it.

Thanks for the replys.

Money is a deffinite issue. I can't really spend much, considering I am 14 and I do not have a job. My parents would be buying the quad. I don't have all that much experience under my belt. I have ridden a few dirt bikes and a fair share of trikes,(which are extremly fun, lol), but beyond that I don't too much experience. I have wanted a quad for a long time. My parents never really looked into it though, however much I brought it up. Thanks

Travis.

Hi Travis, Blasters are great bikes! I'm 6'2, 200lbs and love my 2005 Blaster and my 1998 model as well! I have owned two other Blasters in the past. For a new rider it's the quad of choice and has room for mods, as experience and money allows. Go for it!!!

Awesome I hope I can get one soon. How much should I pay for a 2000 blaster with Puresport Bandit tires, front&rear, and new reedvalves? Rear brakes don't work and needs a headlight bulb. How much would you pay? Thankyou.

For me (6'2", 200lbs), I am a bit cramped, and it will lack a bit of power compared with other full sized quads. I would DEFINATELY recommend at least sitting on one, and riding it before you buy one!

Ever thought about a used 250R??
Plenty of power, will fit a larger rider, and they can be found for relatively good deals.

Yea, I have thought about it but cost is the big problem. It sucks. Really bad. 250r's kick some major *** though.

EDIT: Your 250r is awesome. I bow down to its holyness. Did you sell it also or do you still have it?

Lol!! Thanks for the compliment.
I still have the red one, and plan on keeping it if I can afford to have both it and the YFZ.

I don't know how much you plan on spending on the Blaster, but you can get a decent 250R for under 2500 bucks quite often. I've seen quite a few go for that and less on E-bay, and some other boards.

One guy was having problems getting rid of his decent 250R for 2000.
Just something to think about.
