raptor vs v-force

alright my Jrotc instructor which is a 1st sgt just got him a v-force and he said he would beat raptor on top end is this true on a mile run
it would be on dirt

I'd bet on the raptor.Alot depends on the rider,but the raptor should catch the v-force even if he gets the holeshot.

Well, what mod's does the Raptor have?
what mod's does the V have?
what's the weight of each rider?
