I got to ride some nice bikes this weekend, TRX450, YZF450 , Worked Banshee and a Bombarbier 650. All and all I really like the way the Honda felt, very light weight and controlable. None had the torque like my Raptor.
I got to witness my bike being ridden and it is way too loud !
I need to know what I can do to a Curtis Sparks exhaust to quiet it down and fine out if a spark arrestor is a available.

 

There are spark arrestors availible from Sparks. The disc style will quiet it down more but will lose a little more power than a open end arrestor.

Yes the sparks pipes can be repacked, I think sparks sells a kit. If not you just need the material.

 

the same thing happened to me i heard my bike run and i thoought it was to loud is there anyhting i could do to a powercore 4 slipon more quiet without loosing performance

I'll contact CS today. The area we were riding was surrounded by trees and the echo through the woods was ungodly. When Outlaw circletrack racers tell you "It's Loud" when you ask them how the power felt, you know something has to be done.
