I snapped yesterday. Bought 800 Camo!!!!!!!

I've read the reviews and kept track of all new owners input-Thanks guys-and yesterday thought , am i going to read about this thing all summer? I'ts been 5 years since my last new purchase(explorer 400) F#%k it-Iwent up to Mainly Action Sports after work and bought the camo 800efi with the new rear box, handguards and the 2500 lb Warn. I had them throw the new alum pol. wheels on it as well. I couldnt decide between camo or the black with the new wheels so i had em' swap the wheels. I know"camo with alum rims?" who cares i love em'. I figure i'll get the limted edition camo wheels when they come out for hunting season. $9135 as desribed w/tax out the door-I guess I am brand loyal. They were $400 more than the last dealer i bought from was selling them for, but you have to be willing to pay for excellent staff and service people. They cost money.I'd rather support the dealers that provide you with professionals instead of the lowest price mongers with 0 service and incompetant staff.Thats my 2 cents. I pick it up today at 11, and head for the trails. I'll be back with a full report.

Here's my review-If your on the fence about the 800, get off the fence and go buy it. I wish i had months ago. I loved my Explorer 400 with the snap of the 2-stroke and after driving my friends 500,600,and 700efi, I was'nt sure if i needed the 8. I was WRONG. I'll relate it to this. It's like going from and older 440 snowmobile that handles ok but darts and dives hard in the whoops with an almost out of control feel at speed, to a high performance power sled that gobbles up the rough terrain and twists and turns like a dream. Night and day ride even from my friends 04-600.
I ride hard, and as i sped up upon arm wrenching rocks and drop offs in the trail, I grimaced for impact, expecting harsh results. This thing eats them up. Cadillac ride, front end wheelies at 30 coming off small bumps, dead stop wheelies in high, gobs of low end(i dont know what you'll need low for when trail riding). I've got Perma-grin still from yesterday.
I've read reviews in which one tester descibed it as "discovering atv'ing all over again" I thought this must be a little over the top. -Let me tell you guys,I've been riding everything for 20 years now and everything I've owned has had a hard life, this thing is as good as described for a utility quad for the guy who likes his utility but rides it like a sport bike . The pop and lock rear box is mint as well-nothing could be more simple.
I dont care what it gets for milage and I forgot to check- i'll let you know-I just know if your like me you've been reading and waiting for someone to convince you. I hope this helps-GO BUY IT! You only live once.

Hey Bionic glad to hear your happy about your choice... I'm getting the feeling I am going to be with mine as well. I went to the local dealer 2 weeks ago to look at one, SOLD OUT... Called him back a few days later, told him I want the next Red/Black one to come in.I order all my accesssories with it and then had to wait. Got the call Thursday. It came in Wed Night. I got to go up and see it finally yesterday,Looks amazing. I pick it up next Sat. They waiting for my bumpers and other asseccories to come in so I can pick all up at once and not make 2 trips. I'm pretty wound up to go.I've got so many offers in the last 2 weeks to go riding with the boys when I get it. I think my first couple tanks of gas will be me cruising down an old railway bed near my house to break it in,then start riding it all over Keep us informed on your bike and some pics,I am going to try and get some pics posted of mine once I get it. I will take them while its still new and clean....
