I was thinkin bout getin a Ehs Airbox lid for my 400ex. Would i notice the difference or is it not worth the money. Is there a website that i could go to cause i couldnt find one. Any help is appreciated.

Great product! I would not run one if I was in a lot of water or mud, but otherwise..................

You will need to rejet, so you might as well combine it with an aftermarket air filter (my preference is UNI) and a muffler (if you don't already have these).

Is just removing the lid with an aftermarket filter not really acceptable?

 

This keeps the worst of the dirt out, vs. just pulling your lid off. It is a good compromise between good air flow and turning your airbox into a sandbox.
