piped 660 vs yfz

Default piped 660 vs yfz

if you took two riders that are equal in skill, both wiegh 200lbs and are both 6'3". one was on a stock yfz and another on a piped raptor who would win in a sand drag, by how many quad lengths?

Raptor. the longer the race the longer the gap will be.

yes, i realize that raptors are slower than yfz's. but what i am wondering is how much slower. (in quad lengths) in a sand drag.

It all depends on the length of the sand drag and the steepness of the hill. YFZ easily by a few bike lengths in most cases. The Raptor has a higher top speed so eventually it will catch up and pass a YFZ if the drag is real long.
