I need details on setting this up on my quad.

 

all you have to do is reach down to put it in nuetrel and then start it up push the red button and lift that hadle up and your set

 

I believe he meant so that it would start while in reverse, without removing from reverse first. My brother would also like to know what color the wire is that controls this so that we can ground it out. Anyone with a manual that can help us out?

 

i know you can start it and then out it in reverse it doesnt seem hard to put mine in reverse

 

why push that miserable little button? i fixed mine to just put it in neutral and pull up the lever and go and it also starts in reverse to..plus i got rid of my big clutch perch with all that parking brake junk and got a good clutch lever...its an easy mod that hasnt failed me yet..all you do is un hook the reverse cable from the perch get a pair of pliars and pull the cable so its tight which means the reverse can be engaged bend that over and wrap it really good with electrical tape and wire tie it to your frame down buy the exhuast its out of the way there. then there will be 2 wires on the perch also un hook them and put them together and wrap it good with electriacal tape then just wire tie it to your bars and your good to go...if you need any help email me at travass99@aol.com..ill help you out in more depth if i can..peace

thats a great idea! Now i can get myself a real clutch lever. An EZ pull deal.
