i got a 02 tb and i put a pipe and a few other tricks but know its time for it to breeth i am wondering what i should get a UNI air filter or a K&n i also herd of people with a k&n and there engine blowing up a few days after.

 

I like my K&N and I had it on since my 700 was new.

 

I have em on my Trailblazers and haven't blown up![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

ya the K&N sounds good to me but i am wondering what kind of a difference it made to the bike? and did u change your clutch spring in your bike?

 

Didn't notice a difference I guess. I did change primary spring but I'm not piped like you.

 

ya the spring made a lot of a difference i put the green spring in and then i races another tb it was stock and b4 the other bike could beet me , now i beet it buy about 5-7 lenths. so i think the spring was the best bang for the buck so far. o and do u no neways to keep the bike running cooler in the hot summer?

 

Polaris makes a cooling fan for it...I believe the part number is 28702020.

blowing up? where did you hear that one? the only reason i can think of is that the engine was running WAY to lean

 

i herd that frum a local dealership somthing about dirt getting in them or sumthing o ya and i think this is dum about people saying how slow tb are like top speed i clocked myn when it was stock it was 57mph on a bit of a downhill people say 45 thats bull
