i want to get everyones oppion on this i want to race seriously but still ride with my friends which would be best

For a good all arounder, you'll wanna go with the KFX400, yeah same thing as the Z but I'm biased! For pure racing, hands down the YFZ, but it requires 100% on 100% of the time which gets draining, unless of course racing is the exclusive venue.................

YFZ out of those 3, it makes the 400s seem like kids toys after a few mods. Turn the compression down and take 1/2" of preload out of the shocks and it rides as good as the 400s....
