Default KFX 700 "MonsterQuad" ATV Exhaust

Does anyone out there have any experience or opinions on the KFX 700 "MonsterQuad" ATV Exhaust. I found these on a EBAY webstore and they look worth investigating. I asked them the questions below and received the corresponding answer.

"What are HP gains with this exhaust system? Is the preformance increase in low, mid or high range? Do you have any Dyno charts? What Decibels are the pipes? Can you get spark arrestors with these pipes"?

"Hi, thanks for your interest in our MonsterQuad exhaust system for your v-force, The horse power gain is 10 h.p. Im sure your familiar with the v-force clutch, our exhaust is designed for a full power hit just berore the clutch engauges, and then pulls hard all the way to its redline. Our d.b.s are around 99 but the dual pipes are not too loud. This is due to the large volumetric capacity which cuts the ear pierceing highs and leaves a nice low tone. It sounds like a ducate v- twin road racer, so sweet!!!: and yes they come with dual removable spark arresters." Paul

The can be seen on ebay or at MonsterQuad.com if anyone is interested. Appreciate any help anyone can give me...

i would say go with them. they are like $550 $25 shipping i believe and thats a pretty good deal. i was gunna get HMF's if i get a v-force and they add 7 hp with their dual. monsterquad adds 10 hp and is like $50 more...i think i would try them. could possibly be a great investment.

I'm doubting the 10 horse number but I guess its possible, but 10 horses is like a 20% increase over stock... which is kind of high for jus a pipe swap. Guess you wouldnt know unless you had a legit dyno chart of before and after both with air/fuel ratio so you know they are both jetted correctly. Just my 3 cents.

well, if you think abut it, HMF adds 7 hp and monster quad uses huge diameter tubing which culd give it the extra flow it needs fr that power. and if you look at their website, they do drag quads....so they might know a thing or 2 about adding HP.

thats true. I'm not saying its a bad exhaust or anyting, I just find it hard to believe 10 horsepower. That would totally depend on airbox mods, filter and of course jetting. I suppose if you had it all tweaked perfect, then a 10 horse gain would be attainable with a pipe, but not with the stock airbox and filter i don't think.
