SO I went on a ride yesterday and about 20 miles into the ride. The old Scrambler made a big bang sound and died and would not start after that. It sounded like it was not getting any spark so I look and sure enough the plug wire had come undone. I put the plug wire back onto the spark plug (so I thought) tried to start it again and no luck.... So I had a nice ride back to the truck about 4 ft from the back end of a H*%@a (Ok I can say it HONDA since it did save me). Got home tore the scrambler apart and tried to take the plug out to my surprise the plug was GONE nowhere to be found. So some were on the trail there is a new spark plug. I guess when I changed it I did not get the plug tight enough... Put the old plug back in just to make sure I did not strip the head and it went in fine and started.... Saved me some cash....

Posted some new pics of what the scrambler looked like after the 20 mile ride / pull back to the truck.....

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Man what a BANG! I thought I blew the motor. I started looking for oil or any type of leakage to indicate the motor blew. My buddy I was riding with found the plug laying on the frame. Lucky, cause I would never have even thought to check for the plug being shot out - even if I did, I wasn't carrying an extra.
