I'm thinking about trading my 04 400 SP on a 05 500 HO special edition Black SP today. How are the 500 working out. Any major problems or concerns?

 

There is rumors that the 500 HO will be EFI in 06--WAIT!!

 

Interesting that would be worth a couple of month wait

 

Polaris special programs SUCK right now. there is no $59 winch special ($400+ value) and the finance is nothing to right home about either. i think Yamaha has 2.9% PLUS $69 winch! now THAT'S a program!

the 2006 models will be out soon. and as Redneckron has alluded to the almighty 500EFI will be the ATV to own for the next half decade imo. easy starting, excellent reliability, great MPG, excellent power.

see if you can hold-off. i think it'll be worth the wait....................

I'd wait for the EFI for sure.
