Anyone tried the head light mod that sells on ebay for the sportsman? all three lights stay on on hi beam....if so ..will all three on at the same time cause a circuit breaker problem???

I did it for my 2005 500HO with no problems....its a great mod

 

Just set your headlight switch halfway between hi & low and it will run all 3.

 

^ that will burn out your harness, dont do that, its bad for your electrical system

 

Do a search on this forum for 3 head light, buy a kit from members here or do you own. Look at my pictures for the schematic, the relay costs about $5. Do not run your switch in the middle you will burn the switch out, $50 to replace.....

 

I did it on mine and love it! Great product!
