what kind of oil to use in my 300ex

Default what kind of oil to use in my 300ex

hi i live in east texas and it is pretty hot here. i think 10w30 is too thin. how about 20w50 or 10w40.

hondalube. I know its expensive but bite the bullet and protect your engine and tranny

how much does this run per bottle (i live in canada) im about to go snag a bottle tommorow

Default what kind of oil to use in my 300ex

In the warm south, 10W40 in winter and 20W50 during the hot summer. In the frozen north, 5W30 in winter and 10W40 in summer.

Make sure you use a motorcycle specific oil that is API SG/JASO MA. Oil is no place to try and save a buck. Synthetics are more expensive, but worth the price! Personally I prefer the Ester Synthetics, like Maxima Extra or Ultra http://www.maximausa.com/

Default what kind of oil to use in my 300ex

well i got water in the motor and i have changed the oil about 6 times already and today i am changing the filter and the oil again. i am trying to get rid of the water.
