Maybe try vise grips(even the needle nose ones) thats what I did if you can get them on the head of the bolt ,then put the allen head bolts in you can buy them at home depot or lowes.

If your reffering to stripping the slot head out I did the samething on my Rincon. Those soft screws suck. Take a chisel or simliar sharp end object/flathead screw driver. Put it on the side of the screw. Hit it with a hammer and it will break loose. Then get some replacement screws at the hardware store to put back.

They are called "Gas Pump Pliers" I got a set from work years ago and they worked perfect to get the two screws I stripped on my 03 Prairie 650.

Best bet is to replace them all with allenhead or torq head .04 X 14mm screws from your local hardware. If you don't you'll have repeat problems down the road.

Thanks for the suggestions fellas. I did the chisel/screwdriver trick and that got it out. They have since been replaced by allen heads to avoid this problem in the future.

This is a typical problem with most quads, don't know why they don't put allen screws on the bowls in the first place. I took a hacksaw blade to the stripped screw on my rappy, cut a slot and it came right out.
