Goto a back specialist, I've done it in the past, and so has my Dad for severe head aches. It works great.

Go spend the $100-200 a chiropractor (sp?) is going to charge you for initial examination and adjustment (this includes xrays). If that doesn't help then you definitely need to go see a doctor. If it's just something out of wack w/ your spine then that's good news. It could be other minute things, but it could also be a sign of a brain tumor, or something else serious w/ your noodle. Not trying to scare you, but facts are facts and I surely hope this is not the case w/ you.
Oh, a tens unit is like a small electrocution machine (it doesn't hurt, just best way I can describe it). They used to have infomercials about a muscle building device that used pads that sent electric impulses to the muscles to help build them. If you've seen the infomer then you know what I'm talking about. When my spinal affliction first appeared I used a tens unit for almost 3 years solid, wonderful devices if they actually help your issue. Just never unplug and replug the pads in while the machines on, shock the hell outta ya.
