I have a 2005 model Falcon 250 and it seems the chain does not want to ride correctly on the tensioners. it rides on the insideedge of the chain and make a awful noise. Does anybody know of the "fix" for this problem. It looks like I can just shim the tensioner arms out, but it would bring the fasteners out to the end of the threads. I could bend the arms of the tensioners but that arm isnt meant to be bent (pretty thick/stout). It doesnt look like the engine has any adjustment to it. Any clues??
