The HRC needle has a very different shape than the stock one.

On my Z400, I had to buy a whole Dynojet kit just to get the needle.

 

I would also go with the HMF but out of what you have as choices I would go with;

K&N

 

Exhaust either a Pulse Charger or Rossier engineering(PC is my first pick,,builds HP and torque the quickest)

Jets just go to honda and buy whatever jet you need (5 bucks apiece) dyno jets suck(jet with an adaptor,,com'on)

Wpp racing sells the HRC needle by itself ($25 bucks i think)

Cams get a Stage II Hot cam can be had on E bay all day for $110 (great mid and top)
