I rode with a Banshee!
#1
Tomorrow morning I am going riding with a guy from the forum. He lives nearby so we are going for a spin.
I can't wait to see his Banshee in action. I hear so much about those quads that I want to see for myself, plus I may meet a new riding buddy.
I will let you guys know how my Scrambler holds out in comparison...should be fun!

Well I went on that ride! Lasted an exhilerating 6 hours. I rode with a Banshee, a Yamaha 400cc 4-stroke motocross and another smaller Yamaha bike.
It was the best ride of my life!!!! I have never had such a fast paced ride before. It's funny how you can surpass what you thought to be your limits, when riding with people faster and more experienced. I basically had no problems following except for in the whoops. After two of em' my front end just couldn't take the torture.(Gonna get new suspension maybe) So everywhere but the whoops was fine. The Shee takes em' very nicely.
I did drag race the Banshee. From a dead stop, in 2x4, for about 150 yards he beat me by a quads length or two. Same thing in 4x4 but a bit closer.
We then did a rolling start and it was dead even!
I tried the Banshee a bit, like they say...it's on and off. It fealt so small compared to my Polaris. It was cool. I then tried the motocross bike but didn't go far. Upon shifting into first gear I put my feet on the floorboards...but there weren't any!!! I gave that up pretty fast!
If your reading Julien...thanks for the ride!
Lets do it again!
