top end noise

top end noise
my top end is making a noise it almost sounds like there is somthing bouncing around so i figure i need my valves adjusted do u think someone can explain to me in bullets step by step how to do it

Are you a member of yfm350 Central ? If not sign up and look in the tutorial section. I beilive there is a sticky on how to adjust vavles on a warrior.
