FMF Mega-max II. It is around $200 on ebay and a real good system.

i'm srry man but the mega max 2 from fmf sucks it is cheap but it sucs get the hmf heres the price and it's way better then a fmf mega max 2

White Bros E-series Pro Mega silener...they make a header too if you want that down the road but thats one of the cheapest and best exhaust for the 300ex...sounds sick too..my friend had it on his 300ex and it was sick sounding...if i was you i would get the header/sileners and jet the carb and youll be set...youll see like 4-7 power increase...
