resizing videos?

Default resizing videos?

i have a video that i took on my digital camera and i downloaded to my computer and i realize that it says 73.3mb thats wat to big i am tryin to put them on putfile its about a 4 min video i just cant figure out how to get it resized. If anyone know how i can fix this problem i will put it on the forums its a video of my dads grizzly tryin to go through a hole. Thanks for any info.

You need some software to be able to adjust the Frames per second and compress the video. The Software I use is "Pinnacale Studio 9" there are others out there though. However 73 plus megs. You will never get that down far enough for dial up users unless you edit it considerably and then compress the edited version.
