Rubicon...Honda, what were you thinking?

Who was the guy that said, "I know, we'll put the filter underneath so that when they change it, they'll have to actually pull the gaurd off just to get to it! (Engineer laughing in the back ground) "And, we'll give them not one, but two drain plugs" (No laughing like Dr. Evil)
I tell ya...what are these people thinking?

Well, I'm not sure how easy the average oil filter is to access, but the reason there are two drain plugs is because the transmission uses the same oil as the engine so you're draining the motor and tranny.

yeah tell me about it. Even my rancher has the one drain plug, but when the oil comes out it spills all over the engine guard on the bottom of the frame which has like 100 dime-size holes in it so i have 100 areas of oil drips for the next two weeks to clean up. Theres no way to fita rag in there either to wipe it out, have to use spray cleaner of some sort, and that just seems to dilute the oil and make it drip faster. ARGH!!
