Spark Arrester for Kazuma 150
#1
I recently got a 150... and need a spark arrestor to be legal here in Michigan.
Could use some help locating one if possible.
Also I got this illustrated manual with it but ...wondering if there is a better shop manual available?
Thanks in advance!

Hello, Can't help you with the spark arrestor but I can give you some advice about your falcon 150. I purchased one for my son myself. After only having it 3 weeks the reverse gear box shattered. I talked to Kazuma USA. The gentleman called me back and told me that the gear box was the weak point of the ATV, and that it costs about $ 240.00 to replace it. About the manual, guess what? That's all you get. Nothing but pictures. It took me a month to get parts and it took me about 6 hours to fix it. Fortunatly my bike was under warranty. Be very carefull with the reverse gear box. Make sure that you have it locked into gear before you push on the gas. Hope this info has been helpfull. This pertains to the Kazuma not the Yammoto.

I just had to solve the spark arrestor issue for my son's Yamoto 50cc ATV. You can simply add a spark arrestor to the end of the tailpipe on your Kazume 150 to make it legal. A company called Cobra out here in Yorba Linda CA makes a USFS approved spark arrestor called the Sparky. You can check out their web site at http://www.cobrausa.com They make them in several diameters to clamp on the nd of your tailpipe. My Yamoto 50cc ATV has a 3 1/8 inch tailpipe and Cobra makes a 3" and a 3 1/2 diameter unit. I purchased the 3 1/2" diameter one and made a spacer to slip on the tailpipe to fill the gap. We now have a USFS legal spark arrestor and can ride wherever we want. Hope this helps.
