you might be able to get an old banshee or warrior but with your size i would go with the banshee

its not really a great bike to learn to ride on becasue its a two stroke and you have to keep the rpms up it also has alot of power but if you only have $2000 and you are a pretty big guy i would look for a banshee because anything else would be to small or under powered plus you will only get beter at ridding and want more power sooner or later so you might as well get it sooner

you might be able to find a kfx400,predator500,z400,raptor660 those are all the models that i can think of that you might find for $3000 but stay away from 2001 raptors because they had tranny problems

do you want a sport quad or a utility? cause a utility is alot slower then a sport quad and plus you can have more fun in different ways with a utility then a sport to. and plus it is better to get used to then bump up to a sport quad when you get the feel for how an atv handles and acts.

400ex, z400 or raptor would be a good start

those bikes can be had for decent used prices since a lot of newer sport bikes have come out since their inception
