went down to the local sand pits last sunday and done alittle dragin with the v. i have to say i was very impressed and so were some 450 owners.the v was walking on 450s no trouble at all again & again i had the by about 3 or more lengths every time.iwas racing bikes with more or less same set up i have pipes ,air filter ,and jetted i also run a red primary spring.all races were around 125/150yards im sure the 450s have more top end than me but in that distance i owned them. jaws were dropping left and right when the big ol heavy v jumped them out of the hole and held it to the end of the pit.

it was a blast, i was amazed at how fast it was for such a large bike.the guys with the 450s just couldnt believe there own eyes it hurts to get beat by a 550lb shaft drive auto !!! i know in a longer race they would win but that didnt stop me from grining from ear to ear that day.

 

Congrats. I don't know why anyone would expect any less than the V being a strong runner. They seem to get a real good jump off the line.
