Default Jetting question

I want to swap in a 34mm carb on my 250 XPLORER
I already have a syclone jug bored .080 and head milled .020
stock pipe stock gearing

I have the needle jet from the 30mm carb installed in the 34mm carb
I have a 6DH29 needle that came with the 34mm carb
and just want a starting point for main jet and pilot jet
I an running at 3500 to 5000 feet on average
