I was on Lurch's site and looking at the viewers rides. All pretty cool, but then I see a 265 pound trailblazer. Awesome!!! Anyone know how? So what all can be removed? I figure the starter and electrical crap, but what else? What about them nerf bars? And how fast do you suppose that will go now? Thanks for your help. Oh yeah, cool site Lurch!!

Oh, and who should I choose for an exhaust/clutch kit, Aaen, RCR, HPD, HSP, EPI, FTR? There are just way too many companies out there, which I guess is a good thing. Thanks!!

The two companies most talked about by riders here are RCR and HPD.

(Plus this sentence will bring the topic back to the top because I too am curious as to how the quad weighs in so low!)

If your looking for a pipe to put on your machine go with the FmF exhaust system. For one it will give you a 10 horsepower boost and add 10 mph on your top speed!!!!!!
If you want a clutch kit I'd go with a hot seat performance kit to control the new power of the FmF pipe and silencer.

There is no pipe in the world that will add 10 mph to the top speed of a trail blazer. Maybe 2 or 3 mph tops. Now I am talking just a pipe and maybe clutching alone. You would need to do extensive mods to get 10 mph on top.
Pipes on Polaris machines benifit the low and mid range the most. You can find some that will get some top, but not 10mph.

Lurch your probably right about a pipe that will give you 10mph on your top speed not happening.
But in the november '99 issue of "dirt wheels" on page 102 theres an ad for FmF with a polaris "sport". And on the second paragraph it explains how the system gives you 10 horses more and 10mph more.
Hey I'm not saying I agree with them, but true or not it's what they claim.
