ok how about the width of a stock new belt??

as well

is there a washer under the primary clutch bolt which pushes on the outer shiv to decrease belt clearance because I have way too much with a realativly new belt
(less than 5 rides) and I have more side clearance than spider shim ... there is only one shim and it looks like maybe .020" and I have at least .050 to .060 clearance

once when I was working on the clutches I vaugly remeber switching the washer under the bolt for some reason???

 

Stock belt width is 1.188", low use limit is 1.125".
