Default KQ or Twin peaks??

Im in the market for a new atv and i am looking at the KQ or the Twin Peaks. The type of riding i do is mostly mud with some trail riding. How is the handling on the KQ i know it says best handling but alot of people complain about the handling? Is the reverse problem fixed? Thanks for any replies.

Reverse is done. Finished. Forget about reverse. If you ride mostly mud and some trails, the KingQuad is going to have the definite advantage with IRS offering more ground clearance right off the showroom floor. The handling is one of, if not the best of any IRS ATV right now. Some people complain about the steering being "twitchy" and wanting to jerk the bars when hitting an obstacle on the trail. I've not run into this problem yet and don't think there's anything wrong with the steering. The day I decide otherwise, I'll let you know. With the KingQuad you are basically getting your Grizzly on super steroids and with much better handling. Don't let anyone whine to you about the lag on the bottom-end not allowing you to turn big tires because that's bogus. It's detuned just enough from the factory so that you must really work to pull a wheelie from about 0-9mph. The aftermarket will hopefully be releasing a module or whole new CDI to fix the retarded ignition timing and cure the lag, just like they did for the Kawasaki V-twins a long time ago. EFI is awesome. Anyone who tries to tell you otherwise just isn't familiar with it or is jealous that they don't have it. You can't say it's not reliable because they've been using it on cars and bikes for years. The advantages over a carb are easier tuning, great fuel economy, automatic adjustments for elevation (not with Polaris though) and easy starting no matter how hot or cold it is. You will not be sorry if you go with the King. The TwinPeaks and the Kawasaki Prairie are great machines, but for mud and some trails, the King's got it. Goblin= 2 cents.

The RedGoblin nailed it. The only thing I would add is tires. If you do a lot of mudding, the stock tires are kind of weak. I'd recommend an upgrade to 26" mudlites. Little taller and much deeper lugs. Keep your stock tires for the long fast trails, but for muddin' they ain't goin' a cut it.
