Is this a good deal? The CRF is stock with 10 gentle hrs. The Raptors engine has been completely rebuilt, better suspension, extended wheelbase(??) and a few other ad ons. What do you think?

 

First off, welcome to the forums! It depends on what you want, a dirtbike or a quad, but just keep in mind quads are more fun!

 

TehWarriorGuy is right, it really just comes down to what you would rather have. I have both a quad and a dirtbike and love riding both, but if i had to have one, it would be my quad. That is also because of the terrain i ride. But its all up to you.

I want a quad. My question is do you all think this is a good deal and is smart to get a 01 raptor knowing that particular year had issues?

 

Uh, I just checked into it and the 2001 rappys are pretty much the same price (give or take a few hundred bucks) as the 04 CRF 450s, so i think that it is a good deal especially since the raptors i looked at didnt have that much aftermarket stuff. So i would say go for it.
