wow thats a wide spectrum. it really depends on what you want to do with your quad. the banshee is a 2 stroke die hards dream they are very fast and being a two stroke they get there fast two they have a snappy powerband and not a very good choice for trails though it can be done but are very popular on the dunes becuase of there fun power... the raptor 700 is a new high performance quad that is fuel injected and has only been out for a little while so all the bugs might not be worked out of them. i would pick the 700r for lots of duning and open fireroads and stuff that you want comfort and speed. now the YFZ 450 is a race quad what more can i say it revs high and fast. quick excelleration for shooting out of corners, good suspension compared to most quads, ive heard that the 06 seat is softer but i dont know by how much the 04 i drove had a very hard seat. tell us a little more about what you want it for and we can help a little better

Out of the the three if you were....
1) Riding mostly trails and comfort is an issue...Raptor
2) Riding track or fast trails...YFZ
3) Straights dragging dunes hills...Banshee
While all these quads can do all the listed above without any difficulty its just the accepted use for each of those quads. In my opinion I like riding the YFZ on trails over our Z400 even though the Z is a claimed better trail bike.
