You all have to understand, there was only two of us in the class of old men!! I took the first one by a big margin. The second moto I got out front again but pussed out from severe pain in my lungs and legs from being old and COMPLETELY OUT OF SHAPE. I needed a difibulator and oxygen by the time I got to the finish. I let him pass when I realized I could not hold on the the bars anymore or even stand up on the jumps. Out of the seven of us on the holeshot I was 3rd even with the bog problem I have been having. So I won the first and lost the second, he(the points leader in the class in this district right now) was very impressed about the HPD quad. He could not keep up on the straightaways and turns but would out jump me to stay with me on the second moto. It was my first time and I was not comfortable jumpin 90ft tabletops already. Anyway, his yfz450 was no match for the HPD race quad. THIS IS WHAT IT IS BUILT FOR!!. I'm 38 with one foot in the grave!!!!!!!!! I had a lot of fun. I know I'm out of shape but I know the machine can do it , it just needs a rider that can, not an old man like me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean, I raced an mx at a local county fair last year on my Wolverine, talk about getting a body pounding, even with Works shocks and the Warn 424 to disconnect the front end, after 4 laps, it gets hard to keep a hold on the bars after all those jumps and horsing it around the corners !! And I was 43 then !! not bad for an old man.
