yfz450 And 700r

between the 2006 yfz450 and the raptor 700r, what is better for me? im 5'9 and weigh 175. i have 200 acres of land and about 100 acres of it i am able to ride. it is mostly open feild with some trees. I have been waiting for the new yfz450 to come out and et it, no questions asked, but ever since the 700r came out, i just dont noe which one to get. Thanks

I thought it was a bit cheaper. maybe not. even if it is, it's not by much.
Yeah, of course the 450 revs faster. It's a racing engine. That doesn't mean the Raptor's slow. The Raptor has more torque. It's hard to have both: You either get quicker revs and more throttle response or you get slightly slower revs but more torque and traction with less chance of stalling at slow speed.

if you were me, which quad would you get? i would like maximum performance, speed/acceleration, handeling, easy to control in the air. And is fuel ingection way better than carberator? if it is,why didnt they put it in the yfz450? is it because there is somethin about carbs that is better than EFI?

I'd get the 450. But that's me. If you look at my rides, the YFZ is more my style.
As for the EFI vs. Carb, I can't say for sure. It may be a weight issue, it may be a cost issue or something else. Time will tell. Maybe most quads will come with EFI in due time. I know the EFI doesn't require as much maintenance since it doesn't need jetting for different temps and elevations.
All improvements take time to go mainstream.
