Default Arctic Cat TRV differential question

Anybody know any thing about these units?

I just bought a 2005 trv 500CC. I love it.

I went back to look at accessories and saw that the little 400's had a manual locking differential.

Is this some kind of option i can add to my TRV?
I think I want it.
:-)

It is sad, but you can not put a locking front diff on the TRV's without spending about $1500 changing the whole front diff. If you can turn a wrench pretty good you could look for one in the junk yard and try doing the work yourself.

Good luck with your TRV! Everyone who has one just loves them. If you other questions, go here Arctic Chat Good luck!!!

you could always weld it solid beings you can lock it in and out of 4x4 it wouldn't be as bad but locking front diff does make a big difference
