Default Cross Country YFZ

I'm getting ready to buy a 2006 YFZ450. I need some opinions on what a good set up woud be for racing cross country. I have my own ideas, cause I already race my Raptor, but you know its just to heavy (surprise surpise!). Thanks guys, ride hard.

Suspension, wheels, tires, ergonomics, exhaust and that's about it. The YFZ doesn't need too many things.
