go get a set of "easy outs"...............drill it and use the easy out...

If it is still sticking out slightly, you can try some vise-grips

I have to ask.......................WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??????????? 9 ft/lbs is just a touch over hand tight; you had to be WAY over that to snap that bolt!.......not raggin' on ya, just asking!

We got a kit from a hardware store awhile back that drills through the middle of the bolt and you can back it back out. We had this happen on my bayou.

Same think happened to myself on my recon which has the same drain bolt.

I was able to take a small screw driver and with slight pressure back what was left of the bolt out.

I think mine had to much pressure put on it at the factory because mine twisted right off when I went to change the fluid.

Start with a left handed drill bit, or a reverse drill ( same thing diffent name......... ) Then if that doesn't work go buy you an easy out and pound it in there good then put a vice grip on her and see if you can get her out, put some WD or PB blaster on it for some lube it might come out easy.....

I second the welder fix. Smaller would be better such as a mig welder. Won't heat the whole thing up as much as an arc welder.

I guess C-4 would just be overkill.
