Will the pol. 800 beat the bomb. 800 in a drag race ??????????????

 

I don't know there is none around to try but if there is one i will try it how many feet do you race?

 

absolutely not, never. in a sled pull yes, but in a drag no

 

if you have less weight and more power like the bomb has over the polaris then no the polaris will never win a drag

 

QUAD magazine did a shootout of the big bore twins and the Bomb won every race. With the 800 efi Sportsman coming in second every time.

According to the Video,the 800 Polaris does not stand a chance in a drag race..The sled pull?You make the call.We had all the big bores at our local dealership about a month ago,and the Polaris or BF did'nt come close to beating the 800 Bomb in a drag race.

yeah i fully agree, i dont understand why people even think the 800 has a chance against the bomb in drag raceing, i mean maybe a drag hill climb, but not a straight drag

the videos on bombardeirs website are BS and only a fool could belive them. the Polaris 800 when properly matched to a bombardeir 800, as in having sand bags to equal weight on the racks, the 800 will win. we have a guy on here showing an 800 doing a full pull with 1450 lbs against a bomb 800 and beating it several times.

im not going to argue because there are to many brand loyal people on here that will go commando on me for speaking highly of a sportsman or lowly of a bombardier. im leaving this at that, belive Bomb's video if you want to, but you can clearly see that it was intentional that the 800 lost so much
