[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img] My sportsman is making a vibration noise when it heats up? Sounds like an exhaust problem??? Replaced the springs on the muffler and made no difference! Only has 200 miles on it!! Any ideas??

 

There were a ton of virbration noises on mine. One thing I did was to take off the rear rack and pad the entire piece of metal that is underneath. Mine no longer vibrates.

 

Check the air box and CVT plastic snorkles under the seat. Mine were vibrating together and sounded like motor noise....

 

My left plastic body panel vibrates badly, the one that pulls of on the left side that goes around the fuel petcock. I have to figure out where to put some foam to stop it.

 

On my 700 it has a metal peice that holds the battery in that rattled sooooo bad. I oput some tape around it and its quiet now.

Text I did not tell you that it only vibrates(noise) when the ATV is Hot(15 min of running time) I did check the air box also!!!

 

We're trying to be thorough. Either that or none of us have any idea but don't want to sound stupid.
