Default 2x4 - 4x4??

I was wondering if it would be possible to convert my 2004 polaris trailblazer 250 to 4x4. and i was wondering if could put the compents (transmission - drivetrain ect...) of a polaris scrammbler 4x4 on my trailblazer to make it 4 wheel drive

If you did get it converted, I don't think you'd have much power left. If it were the 400 instead of the 250, you could try to use stuff off of a 400 Scrambler, but don't think any of that would fit. You might be better off just selling the 250 and buying a 4X4.

I know they made a 250 explorer 4X4 and you could maybe do it but like Scooter said you wouldn't have that much power. I don't think they made them long and that may have why. If you have your heart set on a 4X4 then a Scrambler 500 or 400 would be an excellent choice. Just my opinion.

I thought about the old 250's, but with such a differnece in parts, it would be easier to rebuild an old Explorer. I'd go with a Scrammy 500 too.
