No, My co-worker has a 04 trx 450r and rides pretty much at glamis only. he somehow has successfully managed to break them twice. i was wondering if any one else has had any problem.

Most of the guys around here have 2 full mx seasons on their 450r's and I haven't heard of a single failure motor or tranny failure yet. They do like to eat clutches though.

A freind of mine has a shop and he has worked on 2 450r's that had crank bearings go out. He said that Honda is aware of the problem and is working on it. I guess the bearings are supposed to have a ceramic coating that is burning off???? The problem is being warranted by Honda though. Wish ya the best luck. RUSS
