i was thinkin of buyin one and kinda of wanted an opinion first and how long the filters last..................is it a waste of money.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

very good idea to buy one..........it all depends on how long it will last...... how much fuel you run through it...how dirty the fuel is, ect.....

 

I agree, it depends on how much dirt gets in the tank and how much rust is in the tank. If you buy the clear ones, youll be able to see when it starts to plug up. They are like 2 bucks each, and should easily last 5 years, unless your tank is really rusty.

 

No my tank has no rust at all but it keeps gunk from other sources like a gas can and other stuff.If you were gonna get one would you get a brass one or a clear one.Also heard from bike bandit.com that it emproves throttle response and a little power how would it give you more power by the fuel being cleaner i probaly would'nt notice any increace in power though .Is (In-line) the best fuel filter.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
