I now have a flamed ds.

We decided the other night to paint some flames on my ds drag bike. I do not know how long they will last being painted on this type of ds plastic. It is holding up so far but if it fails I will send it off to get it blasted. If crazypainter is out there I would like to know where to send my plastic to get it glass bead blasted and primed with elastomeric primer or if anyone knows where I can send it to in Texas that would be even better.
Let me know what you thinks, pictures are in my page at the bottem.
thanks Brandon

SWEEEEEEEEEEET.
Very nice and also very fast looking too.
Heelguards??? Maybe IMS would do the trick.
It is one BAD DS though. Love the paint scheme.

thank for the complements, yeah I know about the heelguard, the only reason those heelguards are still on there is because I tried it without them and the water from the burnout box got all over my legs. It is kinda of hard to shift when water has been thrown all over the shifter, ha ha

Awsome ride man! have you thought about putting on some sort of fender stay on the back of the rear fender to keep it from flexing in the area that runs next to the seat. Seems like thats where I have seen most of the paint failures occur, and on the far out side corners also. Just an idea, Look's wicked great job on the paint.

that is a pretty good idea, I may have to come up with something like that.
