After doing some research on the new cats, (I was personally looking to get a Prowler) I found out that California will not get any till the 2007's come out due to C.A.R.B regulations!! That sux because I was looking for a Side X Side in the next month or 2. So now I'll have to go with the Rhino LE instead. At least I have a good deal lined up for that.

Apparently it has to do with the number of miles that an engine has been tested before they pass regulation. So the idea is that they would get qualification with those sold in year 1 so that year 2 models would qualify for California, since the 650 is an all new powerplant.
