Man, that thing looks cool. My son is not old enough to handle that thing yet or even in the class to race it. I was thinking it would be really cool for me to have to chase my son around the track on his LT80.

Is it wrong that I want a Hetrick Racing Kasea 90 for myself? I guess we all want the cool small racing quads for ourselves deep down.

 

LOL, don't all parents live vicariously through their kids from time to time? That would be cool chasing your son around on another mini!

 

I've built a few for adults. They have as much fun on em as the kids.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

i have more fun riding the lt 80 or even the lt 50 on 2 wheels than riding flat out on my blaster. these little quads are easy to throw around. the pipe on the 80 is louder too, pisses the neighbors off.

 

Tell you what, after all the mods my kids is a blast to ride. Have a race pipe, 20mm carb, carbon fiber reeds, WRH 53mm cylinder kit and clutch mods. This thing runs for 90 some-odd cc's.

Makes me want to mod the 400ex a little. I know the EX still tops out quite a bit faster but I really think my kid can take me off the line now.

 

Did the reeds seem to make any difference? I tried them on a Blaster years ago and couldn't tell any difference at all.

 

Did them at the same time as the 53mm kit so it's hard to say. Throttle response does seem improved, though.
