timingchain tensioner

Default timingchain tensioner

I have had 2 tensioners seiz up sence i have put my motor back together and thats less than a tank of fuel any one had this prob??
the timing chain tensioner is seizing up in the closed position so the timing chain is looooooos not good!!

Mine did the same thing a couple years ago. I didn't mess with it though and just bougt the manual chain tensioner. I got mine from Ron Woods. Im sure others sell them by now though.

YEA!! Same here>> Take a look around, I did read about a manual tensioner on here awile back. I don't have one. just thought you'd like to know
