How to ship a sled motor(or one to the same size)

How to ship a sled motor(or one to the same size)
Can I use ups to ship a sled motor? What do you guys use? I was thinking the easiest way to do it is to bolt it down to a extra pallet i have but im not sure if ups will take it on a pallet.
