my 2004 kodiak brake line keeps braking, i have fixed it twice, any suggestions on what i'm doing wrong

 

Were gonna need more info. Can you take some pics?
Is it by the master cylinder, or the calipher...or somewhere in between?

 

the line is by the calipher in the rear. it has new brake pads and still breaks. When riding, it smokes then the line pops off. this has happened twice. sorry, not able to take pics, but it's a camo. thanks for the help
