YEA!!! SUCKS!! Tore it down today and sure enough.. the knocking noise was the connecting rod moving up and down 1/16" on the crankshaft, and a nice blue heat color!!!! Oil pump trash too!!!! .... Hows your engine al??

Do you need a pin and rod? I'm trying to remember if I have those parts from when my Crank went.

Let me know. I can take a look in the parts pile.

 

I have done ALOT of cranks through Crank Works. Only one time was there an issue {not their fault}, and they did everything they could to get things right as quickly as possible. I don't hesitate to recomend them wholeheartedly!
