Default 03 Prairie 360

Hello out there,
I am hoping someone out there can help me with this. I have a 2003 Kawasaki Prairie 360, and I have been having trouble with it. When I go to start it, I open the choke all the way and it starts right up, after I let it warm up and go to close the choke and it stalls. It will not run unless the choke is wide open. I thought that it was idling to low, so I adjusted the idle but that didn't do it. Can anyone out there suggest anything? Please help
Thanks

kad,, this is a very frequent problem with the 360. i to have an 03 360 and the same problem.. sounds like the valves need adjusting. and perhaps it may be to lean. unfortunelty, you have to have the right tool to adjust the lean and rich screw.. it is a bad cold natured machine as well..

Definately check your exhaust valve (.20 mm at TDC on compression stroke) Buying the Service manual is WAY worth it, I had the same problem now my 360 screams (after a jet kit, K&N filter & gutting my stock exhaust (Nyroc mod))

I have a 2006 Prairie 360 and it's doing the exact same thing. My uncle took it to a local shop and they disconnected some motor that they claim has no purpose. They replaced the plug and cleaned the carburator and my uncle say's that it's fixed. I haven't been to my Aunt's to find out if it's running right but it was going to cost $300.00 to fix the so-called "unnecessary motor" so he just had it disconnected. I don't know if this helps but did you get your Prairie fixed and what was done? Thank you for your time and I hope you enjoy your Prairie as much as I enjoy mine.
